These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the marketing services provided by Premier Pipeline ("we," "us," or "our"), a marketing services business based in South Jersey. By signing up for our services, you agree to these Terms. Agreeing to receive text messages from us is separate, entirely optional, and is never required to hire Premier Pipeline or to use any of our services. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Premier Pipeline runs Facebook and Instagram advertising for local service businesses and delivers the leads those ads generate to our business clients. We manage advertising campaigns, report on their performance, and notify our clients when new leads come in so they can follow up quickly.
We run two separate text programs, and neither one sends marketing or promotional messages.
1. Lead alerts to business clients. Business owners who hire us can choose to be texted when a new lead comes in from their ads. They opt in themselves at prempipeline.com/sms-optin.html.
2. Reply confirmations to consumers. When someone fills out a lead form on one of our client's Facebook or Instagram ads and ticks the optional consent box on that form, we send them a single text confirming the business received their request and will be in touch. This is a reply to a message the consumer started, not marketing. Nobody is texted unless they ticked that box themselves, and the box starts out unticked. The form cannot and does not require it, and leaving it unticked still submits the request.
Program description: When a consumer submits a lead form through one of our client's Facebook or Instagram ads, Premier Pipeline sends that business client an SMS containing the lead's details so the client can call the customer back quickly. If the consumer also ticked the optional SMS consent box on that lead form, we send the consumer one confirmation text letting them know the business has their request and will call shortly.
How clients opt in: The only way to join this SMS program is to fill out the standalone sign-up form at prempipeline.com/sms-optin.html. On that page the client enters their own mobile number and ticks a consent box that starts out unticked. Consent is never bundled into our service agreement, our onboarding paperwork, or these Terms, and it is not a condition of buying anything from us. A client can hire Premier Pipeline, run ads, and receive every lead by email without ever agreeing to a text message. We keep a dated record of each opt-in, and a client can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on how many leads a client's ads generate. A client may receive about one text per new lead.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages. Reply HELP for help.
Opt out and help: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending text messages. For help, reply HELP or email us at the address below.
Mobile information is never shared for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third parties.
Carrier note: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our fees, billing terms, and the length of the engagement are set out in the service agreement each client signs. Those terms apply in addition to these Terms.
Clients agree to provide accurate business and contact information and to respond to the leads we deliver in a lawful and professional manner. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.
We provide our services with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads or business results except where a written guarantee is stated in a signed service agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Premier Pipeline is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
