Premier Pipeline ("we," "us," or "our") is a marketing services business based in South Jersey. We run Facebook and Instagram advertising for local service businesses and deliver the leads those ads generate to our business clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how our text messaging program works. We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to provide our services.

Premier Pipeline sends SMS text notifications to our business clients (the business owners who hire us). When a consumer submits a lead form through one of our client's ads, we text that client the lead's details so they can call the customer back quickly.
Consent is separate and always optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is never required to hire Premier Pipeline, to sign our service agreement, or to use any of our services. Nothing in our contracts, onboarding paperwork or Terms of Service asks for or implies SMS consent, and a client can receive every one of their leads by email without ever opting in.
How business clients opt in: The only way to join is the standalone sign-up page at prempipeline.com/sms-optin.html, whose sole purpose is joining lead alerts. The client enters their own mobile number and ticks a consent box that starts out unticked. We keep a dated record of each opt-in.
How consumers opt in: Lead forms on our clients' Facebook and Instagram ads show an optional SMS consent checkbox that starts out unticked and is not required to submit. Leaving it unticked still submits the request. Only people who tick it receive a single reply text confirming the business has their request and will be in touch.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on how many leads a client's ads generate. A client may receive one text per new lead.

Mobile information is never shared for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
