Aquatic Auto Care Privacy Policy

Aquatic Auto Care ("we," "us," or "our") provides mobile auto and marine detailing services in South Jersey. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or submit a form, including forms shown in our Facebook and Instagram ads, and how we use it. We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to help you.

Information we collect

When you fill out one of our forms or reach out to us, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Details you choose to share about your vehicle or boat and where it is kept

We only collect this information when you give it to us directly.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Contact you about your request
• Give you a quote and answer your questions
• Schedule and provide detailing services
• Follow up about your service or future maintenance

Text messages and calls

Giving us your phone number does not sign you up for text messages. We call you back about your request because that is what you asked us to do. Text messages are separate and always optional.

How you opt in to texts. Our lead forms include a consent box for text messages. It starts out unticked, and you can submit the form and get your quote without ever ticking it. We only text you if you tick it yourself.

What we send. A short confirmation that we received your request and will call you shortly, and occasional follow-up about the service you asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (302) 228-0069.

We never share your number for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third parties.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Premier Pipeline, the marketing partner that runs our advertising, so we can respond to your request
• Service providers that help us operate, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you submit a form through their platforms, and the tools we use to schedule and communicate
• Anyone we are required to share it with by law

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and for a reasonable period afterward, or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time. Just reach out using the contact details below and we will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
